Prayer Requests:

 Please pray for SAMS Missionaries Jack and Mary McDonald and their family as they grieve the passing of Mary's father Pierce Ashby. 

 Praise Report:

We praise the Lord for missionary Tom Waddell who had a repeat biopsy last week that now shows no cancer! We give thanks for a productive Board Retreat on February 4-6. We are grateful for every Board member and the blessing they are to the Society and to the home staff. 

Special Lenten Prayer Request:

Would you join us in praying for SAMS on Fridays at noon?

The SAMS-USA Board is encouraging all who are able and willing to set aside Fridays at noon, through the end of Lent, to be dedicated to prayer and fasting for the Society. I urge you to join with us in the manner that the Lord calls you. Your prayers encourage our missionaries and all who are invested with you in this Gospel ministry. I request that you consider praying for SAMS in three key areas at 12 noon Fridays (You may desire to do a simple fast, too.):

1. Honoring Jesus in all that we do with our partners here in the USA and those our missionaries minister among globally.
2. Seeking God's provision of people and finances for the mission.
3. Experiencing Spirit-empowered growth in the ministries SAMS has been called.
